GAA The children have been enjoying GAA coaching with Ross. Spring Hunt The children in the junior room made the most of the beautiful sunny weather last Thursday, 28th March, and went outside in search of Spring. They completed a Spring Hunt with Ms.Stephenson, our student teacher.

We held a ‘Love Your Heart’ walk on Thursday, 14th February. Parents/guardians and the pupils met at Teach Ceoil at 9 a.m. to ‘park and stride’ and then walked to the school together. Well done to everyone for taking part!

I am very proud of the 5th and 6th class pupils. Not only did they prepare excellent projects, they also presented them to the children in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th class. In their projects, they included pieces on the history and geography relating to Australia.

On Sunday, 9th December the children performed their Christmas nativity entitled ‘Lights, Camel, Action! It’s Strictly the Nativity’. In this play, the nativity celebrities entertained the congregation with song and dance as they celebrate Jesus’ birth.
